Terms of service

The terms that apply when you use Sendoff, the email signature service.
Last updated 12 October 2026

Who we are

Sendoff provides an online service for designing, installing and managing email signatures (“the Service”). These terms form an agreement between you and EL HOCEIN EL IDRISSI, the operator of Sendoff (“we”, “us”), the provider of the Service. By creating an account, starting a trial or buying a plan, you accept these terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that company.

Registered address: Morocco.

Accounts

You need an account for most features. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

You may use the free generator without an account. We may limit or withdraw free features at any time.

Plans and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoices, collects sales tax or VAT and handles refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

Prices are shown on our pricing page. Taxes are added by Paddle at checkout where they apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly as you chose, until cancelled. Team plans are billed per seat; seat counts may be adjusted to match the number of active members. We do not raise the price of an active subscription at renewal.

Trials last for the period shown when you start them and do not require a card. When a trial ends without a paid plan, team features stop and your data remains available for you to export or upgrade.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund past payments. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Your content

You keep all rights in the content you add, such as names, logos, photos, banners and signature designs. You give us permission to host, process and display that content only to provide the Service, including generating images and HTML that recipients load from our servers.

You confirm you have the right to use the content you upload, including other people’s names and photos, and that it is lawful.

Personal data you add

When you add personal data about other people, such as your staff, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy policy. Business customers can request our Data Processing Addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, by emailing support@usesendoff.com. Once signed, it forms part of these terms.

Our service and intellectual property

Apart from your content, the Service, including its software, templates, designs and the Sendoff name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms.

Signature images and tracked links are hosted by us, so they stop loading after your account and its data are deleted.

Connected services

If you connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, you authorise us to read directory information and update signatures as described in our Privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time from the integrations page or from your Google or Microsoft admin console.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send spam, impersonate others, distribute malware, run phishing or fraud, infringe intellectual property or break the law. Do not probe, scan or scrape the Service, or try to get around its security or usage limits.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features; if a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Suspension and ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end the agreement if you materially or repeatedly breach these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if your use creates a security or fraud risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. On closure, we delete your data as described in the Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Sendoff is established, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of the country where you live. Your purchase from Paddle is governed by Paddle’s buyer terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give at least 14 days’ notice of material changes by email or in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
