What does this Arabic email signature generator do?

It builds a right-to-left email signature that reads naturally in Arabic. The editor opens in right-to-left mode with an Arabic example: replace the details with yours, add a photo or logo, press Copy signature and paste it into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.

Right-aligned text is not enough. The whole layout mirrors: the photo or logo sits on the right, the details to its left, and social icons start from the right edge, because the signature table carries dir="rtl". Phone numbers, email addresses and links are isolated as left-to-right text, so +971 4 555 0142 keeps its plus sign at the front.

Fonts fall back to stacks that ship with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, such as Tahoma and Arial, because most email apps don’t load web fonts. Bilingual teams usually do best with two signatures, one in Arabic and one in English, and you can switch any template between directions.

Questions about the generator

Why does my phone number appear backwards in an Arabic signature?

A phone number is left-to-right text inside a right-to-left line, and the Unicode bidirectional algorithm can move the plus sign or swap a label and its number. Signatures made here wrap each number, email address and link in its own left-to-right element, so they read correctly beside the Arabic label.

Which font should I use for an Arabic email signature?

Use a font that is already installed on your readers’ devices, such as Tahoma or Arial, since most email apps ignore web fonts. Keep Arabic text a little larger than Latin text, around 14 px, because Arabic letterforms are more detailed.

Can I have Arabic and English in one signature?

You can, but two separate signatures, one Arabic and one English, are usually shorter and easier to scan. Gmail and Outlook both let you save several signatures and pick one per email.

Does the Arabic signature work in Outlook?

Yes. The layout is built from tables with inline styles and dir="rtl", which Outlook’s Word engine respects, so the columns mirror in Outlook on the web, the new Outlook and classic Outlook.

Is it free?

Yes. Making and copying a signature here costs nothing, with no time limit. Free signatures end with a small “Made with Sendoff” line, which the Solo plan removes.

Do I need an account?

No. Fill in the form and copy your signature without signing up. Create a free account only to save your signature for later edits or to try a PRO template.
