It makes a signature you paste straight into Outlook’s signature settings. Fill in your details, add a photo or logo, press Copy signature, and paste it into Outlook on the web, the new Outlook for Windows, classic Outlook or Outlook for Mac.
Classic Outlook for Windows draws email with Microsoft Word’s engine, which ignores much of modern CSS. That is why signatures from web editors often break there. Signatures made here use nested tables and inline styles, the format Word’s engine reads reliably. The one visible difference is that classic Outlook does not support rounded corners, so a circular photo shows as a square.
