Good to know
- Classic Outlook for Windows does not support rounded corners, so circular photos appear square. Everything else renders as designed.
- Signatures in Outlook on the web and the new Outlook roam with your Microsoft account; classic Outlook stores them per computer.
- For a whole company on Microsoft 365, the Sendoff Outlook add-in inserts signatures automatically. See the Microsoft 365 page.
