Prices in one paragraph
Sendoff is free for one signature. Solo costs $6 a month billed yearly ($9 monthly). Team costs $2 per person a month billed yearly ($3 monthly), minimum 5 people, dropping to $1.60 from 30 people and $1.44 from 70. Agency costs $39 a month billed yearly for 5 client workspaces. Paid plans have a 30-day refund window.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One signature, the free templates and unlimited edits cost nothing, with no time limit. Free signatures end with a small “Made with Sendoff” line, which Solo removes.
How are Team seats counted?
Team is billed per person, with a minimum of 5 seats. The seat count can be adjusted to match the number of active members in your workspace.
Is there a discount for larger teams?
On yearly billing, the price per person drops to $1.60 from 30 people and $1.44 from 70 people.
Do I need a card for the team trial?
No. The 7-day trial needs no card. If it ends without a paid plan, team features stop and your data stays available to export or upgrade.
How do refunds work?
Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no reason needed. Yearly renewals can be refunded within 30 days of the renewal date; monthly plans can be cancelled before they renew.
Will my price go up at renewal?
No. We do not raise the price of an active subscription when it renews.
Who handles payment, invoices and tax?
Paddle.com is our merchant of record. It processes your payment, issues invoices and adds VAT or sales tax where it applies.
