Cookie policy

The cookies Sendoff uses and how to control them.

Essential cookies

These keep the site working and cannot be switched off: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, an XSRF-TOKEN cookie that protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and a remember-me cookie if you choose to stay signed in. Session and XSRF-TOKEN cookies expire after two hours of inactivity; the remember-me cookie lasts until you sign out or it expires.

Preferences

We store your interface language and, in your browser’s local storage, your cookie choice and small conveniences such as a collapsed sidebar. These never leave your device.

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, they will load only after you choose “Accept all”, and we will list them here. Choosing “Essential only” keeps them off.

Payments

When you open checkout, Paddle sets its own cookies to process payment and prevent fraud. They are needed to complete the purchase you asked for. See Paddle’s cookie policy for details.

Signature images and links

Signatures themselves do not set cookies. Tracked links and impression images record a click or load without placing cookies on the recipient’s device. Our Privacy policy explains what these requests record.

Changing your choice

Use “Cookie settings” in the site footer to see the cookie banner again and change your choice, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in from working.
