What does this HTML email signature generator do?

It writes the code for you. Design the signature visually, then press Copy HTML to get the raw source for Thunderbird, Spark or any other app that asks for HTML instead of pasted formatting. Copying the HTML is free and needs no account.

The code follows the rules that keep a signature intact across email apps: layout from nested tables, styles written inline on each element, images on absolute HTTPS addresses with alt text, and a width of up to 600 px. The editor shows the size against Gmail’s 10,000-character limit while you edit.

Right-to-left signatures carry dir="rtl", so Arabic and other right-to-left scripts mirror correctly and phone numbers stay readable.

Questions about the generator

What makes HTML signature code email-safe?

Email apps strip much of what web pages rely on. Safe signature HTML uses tables for layout, inline styles on each element, images on public HTTPS addresses with set sizes and alt text, and a width of about 600 px at most. Classic Outlook, which renders with Word, is the strictest test.

Is the HTML free to copy?

Yes. Copy HTML works on the free plan without an account. Free signatures end with a small “Made with Sendoff” line, which the Solo plan removes.

Can I paste HTML code into Gmail or Outlook?

Not into their signature settings: Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail expect formatted content, not code. For those apps, press Copy signature and paste the formatted version. Use Copy HTML for apps with an HTML option, such as Thunderbird or Spark.

Can I check signature HTML I already have?

Yes. Paste it into the free signature checker. It flags what breaks in Gmail and Outlook, such as style blocks, flexbox, base64 images, missing alt text and size over Gmail’s limit.

Is it free?

Yes. Making and copying a signature here costs nothing, with no time limit. Free signatures end with a small “Made with Sendoff” line, which the Solo plan removes.

Do I need an account?

No. Fill in the form and copy your signature without signing up. Create a free account only to save your signature for later edits or to try a PRO template.
