Designer email signature: creative examples
Clients judge a designer by every detail, including the signature. The trick is to show taste within what email clients actually support: tables, web-safe fonts and well-sized images.

What to include
- Name and discipline
- Studio name or your own brand
- Portfolio website
- Two or three portfolio networks such as Dribbble, Behance or Instagram
- Optional: a small banner for a recent project
Tips that make a difference
- Express it through colour and spacing
- Custom fonts rarely survive email. A considered palette and generous spacing carry your style instead.
- Never send the signature as one image
- Image-only signatures are blocked by default, cannot be clicked and are unreadable to screen readers.
- Test in dark mode
- Check that your logo still reads when a mail app inverts colours. Transparent PNGs with a light outline survive best.
