It builds a signature that Gmail accepts as it is. Fill in your name, job title, phone numbers, links, photo and logo, press Copy signature, and paste into the Signature box in Gmail settings. Formatting, links and images come across because the copy is rich text, not a screenshot.
Gmail has rules a generic editor ignores. It refuses signatures over 10,000 characters of HTML, so the editor counts the size while you type. It drops images pasted from your computer or embedded as base64 code, so your photo and logo are hosted on public HTTPS addresses and load through Google’s image proxy.

Gmail removes images pasted from your computer or embedded as base64 code, and only shows images that live on a public web address.
