Make my signature

On icloud.com, open Mail, click the settings button, choose Settings > Composing, tick the option to add a signature and type it. That signature is for iCloud Mail on the web only and is meant for text. For a signature with a logo and layout, set it up in Apple Mail on your Mac or iPhone instead; each device keeps its own signature.

On the web

  1. Sign in at icloud.com and open Mail.
  2. Click the settings button at the top of the mailbox list and choose Settings.
  3. Click Composing.
  4. Tick the signature option and type your signature.
  5. Click Done.

It is added to new messages you write on icloud.com.

Where formatted signatures work

Signatures do not sync between the web, Mac and iPhone, so set each one you use.
