Where Sendoff differs
- Sendoff works with Google Workspace as well as Microsoft 365; CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is for Microsoft 365 only.
- Sendoff is client-side only, so your mail never passes through us. CodeTwo’s cloud mode routes outgoing mail through its service on Azure; its Outlook add-in mode does not.
- Sendoff has a free plan and a no-account generator for individuals. CodeTwo starts with a 14-day trial and needs at least 10 licenses.
- Sendoff templates mirror for right-to-left and the app is available in Arabic.
When CodeTwo may suit you better
- Your company runs only on Microsoft 365 and you want signatures added in the cloud to every message, including mail sent from phones and third-party apps.
- You need to choose the Azure region where signatures are processed, or you also run Exchange Server on-premises, which CodeTwo covers with a separate product.
