What this generator does

This free email signature generator turns your name, job title, contact details, photo and logo into a signature you can paste into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and most other email apps. You don’t need an account: pick a template, fill in the form, and the preview shows exactly what your recipients will see.

The output is table-based HTML with inline CSS, the format both Gmail and Outlook’s Word engine understand. It stays up to 600 px wide and under Gmail’s 10,000-character limit. Arabic and other right-to-left languages mirror properly, with phone numbers kept readable. Free signatures end with a small “Made with Sendoff” line; PRO templates need an account, and the Solo plan removes the line.

Questions about the generator

Is it free?

Yes. Making and copying a signature here costs nothing, with no time limit. Free signatures end with a small “Made with Sendoff” line, which the Solo plan removes.

Do I need an account?

No. Fill in the form and copy your signature without signing up. Create a free account only to save your signature for later edits or to try a PRO template.

Will it work in Outlook?

Yes. Signatures are built from tables with inline styles, the format Outlook’s Word engine understands, so they hold in Outlook on the web, new Outlook, classic Outlook and Outlook for Mac. Circular photos show as squares in classic Outlook.

Can I copy the HTML?

Yes. Copy HTML gives you the raw code for any app that accepts HTML signatures, and the editor shows its size against Gmail’s 10,000-character limit.
