This free email signature generator turns your name, job title, contact details, photo and logo into a signature you can paste into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and most other email apps. You don’t need an account: pick a template, fill in the form, and the preview shows exactly what your recipients will see.
The output is table-based HTML with inline CSS, the format both Gmail and Outlook’s Word engine understand. It stays up to 600 px wide and under Gmail’s 10,000-character limit. Arabic and other right-to-left languages mirror properly, with phone numbers kept readable. Free signatures end with a small “Made with Sendoff” line; PRO templates need an account, and the Solo plan removes the line.
